ABOUT CACHACA

Cachaça Mineiriana is produced on Estrada Real, in Ipoema, a rural district of Itabira, in the interior of Minas Gerais. A small production made with a lot of love, care and affection so that, when you open the bottle, you feel everything that the cachaça carries from the place and the people who produce it. As our Minas Gerais native Milton Nascimento says, "I am from the world, I am Minas Gerais", a phrase that sums up who we are!

Mineiriana Carvalho is a well-balanced blend that combines the elegance of European Oak with the sweetness of American Oak. Quite complex, it offers aromas of chestnuts, spices and vanilla that evolve throughout the dose. We work very carefully to differentiate a cachaça aged in such a common wood. To this end, before being placed in the oak barrels, Mineriana ages in Jequitibá, which makes it more rounded, with a very light and charming spiciness.

Mineiriana Amburana is striking and brings aromatic notes of spices, highlighting cinnamon, cloves and peppers, with an intense sweetness.

Classic Mineiriana is rested in stainless steel and allows you to discover its soul. Subtle aromas of white flowers and freshness that recalls the softness of the breeze from the region's waterfalls.
